About the role As the Retail Media Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns across CLG websites, integrating into the Web team and collaborating closely with Retail Media and Coles 360 teams to develop the program. You'll also: Manage the coordination and execution of Ecommerce x Retail Media campaigns across the CLG Web team. Liaise with the Retail Media team to finalise all booking information including product details and dates. Manage web availability in partnership with Web and Retail Media. Execute key activations on-site including S&A bookings, Brand pages, Campaign PLP pages and activation tracking (URLs and asset records). Support the development of the Web x Retail Media suite as the program develops and supplier needs evolve. Participate in Supplier meetings as the Ecommerce specialist to provide guidance, recommendations and thought leadership to Retail Media activity to add value to supplier's online experience. Liaise and plan with Suppliers complimentary funded trade offers across CLG Websites to drive incremental revenue and strategic portfolio growth. About you and your skills We're looking for an Ecommerce professional with a good understanding of content, website optimisation and digital metrics, as well as experience in executing on-site promotions and offers to deliver sales across our websites media platforms, along with strong stakeholder management skills for working with our major Liquor suppliers. You'll also need: Experience working across an Ecommerce website. Basic experience in on-site content and asset management. Strong stakeholder management skills. Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of digital metrics. A degree in marketing or digital based subjects will be advantageous.
