About the role Sustained and ongoing contracts have resulted in our design and estimating team requiring additional administration resources, accordingly we are looking for candidates who are not afraid of a challenge and are ready to work hand in hand with our estimating team.Duties include but are not limited to:Providing assistance to the Estimating TeamManagement of Tender Opportunity SystemData Entry - maintaining internal spreadsheets and client portalsCommunicating with clients, both potential and existingCreating tender project foldersReception/TelephonesFiling/ArchivingOther General adhoc office dutiesAssist other members of the PCA team on an adhoc basis when and if requiredComply with Company Quality Assurance Systems & Procedures along with other relevant operating proceduresPromote strong teamwork and a safe work culture About you The right candidate will be looking for stable employment, providing support to all departments of the company. Previous experience in administration, sales or construction beneficial but not essential.
