Lead and manage a dynamic team on various IT projects, driving business transformation while pursuing project management passion.
The Role:
* Continuing, Full Time Level 10 - $137,997 to $146,330 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
* Location: Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Wagga Wagga
As part of the leadership team, the Associate Director, Project Management Office is responsible for developing and providing high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement, and business analysis services.
You will provide strategic advice and support the governance of technology-related projects at Charles Sturt, including the support of its formal governance structures and committees.
You will play a critical role in engaging stakeholders within Charles Sturt to provide advice and support for their needs in line with the university's strategic outcomes.
About You:
* An in-depth understanding and extensive demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis, and business improvement frameworks, methodologies, and best practice.
* Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Proven strong people management skills including extensive experience in the management, recruitment, and development of teams across multiple locations.
* Experience in analysing and optimising complex, enterprise business processes securing measurable benefits.
