As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the friendly face of our Branch, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
You'll help them explore their current and future financial needs, undertake transaction activities, educate them on digital banking solutions, and conduct needs-based conversations to generate exciting opportunities in personal banking and lending.About you We're looking for individuals with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills who will thrive in our collaborative environment.

Previous banking experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
