The Opportunity Ashurst operates at the heart of the real estate industry worldwide, and the team have been involved in many of the largest and most complex real estate projects undertaken in Australia. Due to ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking Lawyers with 1-4 years PAE to join our respected team. This role will see the successful candidate working on direct and indirect real estate transactions, developments, investments and joint venture structures across a diverse client group. You will have the support and mentorship from senior practitioners to develop and refine your legal skills across all stages of commercial property transactions. About you Our ideal candidate will have: One to four years' year post qualification experience. Excellent communication and drafting skills, and a plain English approach to drafting and advice writing. Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills. A commercial and pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. approach and an ability to negotiate contracts for sale and leasing documents effectively. A proactive, positive, and energetic approach, committed to delivering excellent service. A team-focused attitude, the ability to work independently and capable of managing multiple priorities. A solid understanding of real estate investment principles and key commercial drivers.
