Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Tesla Motors, where you will be working with one of the most innovative vehicle brands in the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical expertise to our customers. Your high level of professionalism, combined with your passion for automotive technology, will make you an invaluable member of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Address customer concerns through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with the highest level of response and attention
* Return missed phone calls and emails in a timely manner (within 5 minutes)
* Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone and escalate immediately to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager as needed
* Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System, with attention to detail
* Conduct transactions using the system, guide customers through corrections, and provide a summary of work performed
* Communicate estimated completion times, regular updates, and follow through on each customer's vehicle
* Coordinate delivery times or pickup with customers and follow up with them to ensure satisfaction with work performed
Requirements:
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
* Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
* Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
* Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
* Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
Preferred Qualifications:
* Retail customer service experience
* Automotive retail experience is a plus
Essential Requirements:
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record
* Must have two years of driving experience
