The Role: The Embedded Member of the Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) Change Team located at RAAF Base Amberley in QLD, is responsible for providing specialist Project Management services to support a range of projects for the ACEA Enterprise. The role is tailored to support preparation; development, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership and management of all assigned projects within the Change Team. - Embodied in this role is the responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all project goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded. - Responsible for maintaining and improving customer/client satisfaction. - Responsible for planning, control and reporting of projects. - Coordination of project deliverables as per requirements. - Provide key communication and stakeholder management for assigned projects. The Person: - Requires a University Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. - Ability to meet the requirements of Raytheon Certified PM Ready or Leading at or above the level equivalent to the Project Categorisation Assessment Level for the role. - Requires advanced knowledge of program management.
