They are seeking an experienced administrator/ customer support coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
In this role you will be available to work from 6:30am and be responsible for:
* High level customer and stakeholder engagement
* Prepare quotes for small and large scale projects
* Set up accounts for new customers
* Ensure current customer accounts are up to date
* Coordinate delivery of product
* Coordinate staff schedule for project delivery
* Conflict resolution
* Email correspondence
* Upselling products to customers
* Learn the product and be able to do sales
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience within the blue-collar industry. You will be able to work from 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday and every second Saturday. You will have a positive and proactive approach to your work and enjoy building rapport face to face with customers.
