The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for knowing every corner of the business inside and out. This role is all about leadership on the ground, ensuring the venue operates seamlessly, identifying opportunities for improvement, and addressing issues before they arise. You’ll work closely with the venue leaders, leading by example and ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience. Your key responsibilities will include being present and hands-on, fully immersed in the daily operations and knowing every detail of the venue. You will proactively identify and address challenges to ensure smooth and efficient service while driving operational standards and maintaining a customer-first focus. As a natural leader, you will build and maintain a cohesive team by focusing on staff training, development, and motivation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other managers and teams to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in hospitality operations, ideally in multi-faceted venues.
