Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Senior Hotel Managers for contract-based positions as Quality Assurance Specialists. The role involves auditing the services, presentation, and performance of commercial buildings and office towers in all major cities across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site visits to evaluate service levels.
* Compare service standards to industry benchmarks and client-defined goals.
* Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients.
Ideal Candidate:
* Extensive background in senior positions such as General Manager, Hotel Manager, Rooms Division or Sales within the hospitality industry.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong communication skills for client interaction and report presentation.
Qualifications:
* Senior-level experience in hotel management.
* Proven track record in quality assurance and service auditing.
* Strong understanding of industry benchmarks and service standards.
