The Role
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, in this role you will:
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution before departure, and follow up on unresolved issues.
* Maintain a strong presence in the hotel lobby, assisting during peak periods and implementing meet-and-greet procedures for VIPs.
* Ensure teams, particularly Concierge, provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations, while keeping daily reports and logs updated.
* Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures, prioritising the safety and well-being of staff and guests, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

* Positive team player with leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Skilled in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Current Western Australia Driver’s License – C Class (manual and automatic)
