About the Role
* Manage daily operations in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
* Create lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families and strategic occupancy increases.
* Mentor and support centres to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience as an Assistant Centre Manager.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
