Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 + 11.5% superannuation per year
Key Responsibilities:
As a Waiter at Melaleuca, your responsibilities will include:
* Setting and arranging tables for an elevated dining experience
* Welcoming guests, taking reservations and presenting menus
* Providing detailed recommendations for wine and food pairings
* Taking orders and liaising with kitchen and bar staff
* Serving food and beverages with precision and care
* Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen
* Managing payment transactions efficiently
* Assisting with wine service, including opening bottles and mixing drinks.
Requirements:
* At least two (2) years of full-time relevant experience as a Waiter (in Australia, on a full-time basis or equivalent)
* Must live in the FNQ Region
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail.
