Join this large health care services organisation and take responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of O365.
Key activities
1. Ensure the technical platform can connect key services including network, identity, MS Exchange etc.
2. Archiving / migration of files
3. Decommissioning of servers
4. Moving to Azure AD
5. Managing the change management process in conjunction with a change manager (broad consideration - use of files, use of video conferencing and chat, use of office tools, replacement of other tools including Trello, Dropbox etc.
6. Migration of all SharePoint sites
7. Ensure governance processes are established in accordance with ePMO policies/guidelines
8. Creating the deployment implementation plan for all sites/services
Skills, knowledge, and experience
9. A minimum of 5 years' experience successfully leading and delivering infrastructure projects
10. Previous Office365 implementation experience
11. Strong commercial skills and acumen with experience in ICT contract management
12. Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
13. Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal, and presentation communication skills, including demonstrated influencing and negotiation abilities
14. Highly developed time management and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines
