Job Description
The Role:
* Transactional management of lease renewals, leasing & rent review negotiations.
* Managing and actioning critical dates in the portfolio, including lease expires/renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accountable for core lease management activities such as portfolio finance reporting and accounting, lease administration and data management.
* Ensuring tenant lease obligations and compliance are maintained.
* Managing the interests and expectations of internal and external stakeholders; contractors & service delivery teams.
* Coordinating with other property team personnel and external contractors in the delivery of specialist property services.
* Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and strategic portfolio plans.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in commercial, government or corporate property administration.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as property, finance, commerce, or business equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of Salesforce desirable.
* Previous experience in lease negotiations/renewals.
* Legal background advantageous.
