Job Description
Darryl Twitt Motors are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Customer Service Manager to join their team in Shepparton VIC 3630. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
1. Developing and evaluating policies, and procedures related to customer relations and the provision of goods and services
2. Offering guidance and feedback to team members while also aiding in the recruitment process
3. Planning and executing post-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction, monitor product performance, and enhance service quality.
4. Handling feedback and ratings, training staff for improvement, and managing and developing a motivated customer service team
5. Collaborating with internal teams, service agents, and customers to identify and address customer expectations effectively.
Skills and Abilities:
1. Ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Customer Service Manager
2. A Certificate in Management or relevant is desirable
3. Ability to work in a team environment
