I am currently partnered with a local legal firm, with a team specialising in property law and conveyancing services currently seeking a Conveyancing Administrator - initially in a temporary position with the opportunity to make it a permanent role for the right candidate. Your new role My client is seeking a highly organised and experienced Conveyancing Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves supporting the wider team and ensuring the smooth progression of property transactions from start to finish. My client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients and maintaining a supportive and dynamic work environment. Tasks of the role may include, but are not limited to: Assist conveyancers with administrative tasks related to property transactions. Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Conduct property searches and compile reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our case management system. Handle client enquiries and provide updates on the progress of their transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role you will require the following: Proven experience as a Conveyancing Administrator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in using conveyancing software and case management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
