Tasks will vary from tracking and reconciling retailer bonuses, to ensuring sales programmes are delivering the right results and managed within budget. The Sales Operations Coordinator will also work with 3rd party providers, such as registration authorities and will need to ensure that all system updates are launched efficiently with minimal impact to daily operations for the business.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Responsible for the reconciliation and payment of sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to the retailer networkSupports with budget tracking and reporting for the Cost of Retail programmeLiaises with local authorities to ensure all vehicle registration systems are working efficiently and any future system updates are planned and launched on timeSupports with operational processes including invoicing for retail partners and end customers and any relevant documentationManages the master data in SAP for the sales team (e.g. updating sales margins/bonuses)Producing and publishing bulletins and communications to the retailer network for the sales teamWhat we are looking for:Experience supporting a busy sales team (automotive industry preferred however not essential)Previous experience with SAP desiredKnowledge of MS Office applicationsAbility to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environmentIf the role sounds of interest and you want to learn more please apply.
