We have a great opportunity for a skilled Audiologist or Audiometrist to join the team at our hearing clinic in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. This position includes occasional travel to Esperance.

What will you be doing?
1. Assessing and diagnosing the extent of client hearing loss using a wide range of techniques, including audiometric tests
2. Reporting results of assessments and tests in writing and making referrals to medical practitioners
3. Recommending solutions to those with hearing impairment including amplification, implantable devices, medical interventions and assistive listening devices and providing aural rehabilitation programs
4. Providing counselling, advice and information to clients and families as a part of overall treatment
5. Assisting with the development and management of noise control and hearing conservation strategies
6. Providing treatment and management of hearing and communication disorders that may be age related, part of a disability, or acquired as a result of injury or disease
What do you need to be successful in this role?
7. University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry Qualification
8. Current membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud.
9. Current QP number
10. Solid audiological skills and knowledge
11. Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience
12. Ability to learn and understand new software with training
13. Proven ability to achieve KPI's
14. Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
15. Commitment to continued professional development
16. Good team working skills
17. Ability to network with GP's and other allied health professionals
