You will work closely with the Managing Director and General Manager to manage their schedules, emails, meetings, and projects, while also taking charge of operational administration. Your mission? To become the right-hand person they never knew they needed. You'll bring structure, efficiency, and foresight, helping them navigate the demands of a growing business.Key Responsibilities:Calendar & Email Management: Handle schedules, emails, and communication on behalf of our directors.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.Project Management: Support ongoing projects, from tenders to proposals, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Leadership: Mentor and oversee administrative staff, driving a positive and productive work environment.Client Liaison: Be the point of contact for client programs, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.Travel & Event Planning: Arrange travel, events, and conferences with precision.What We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, senior administrative role.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal.A knack for taking initiative and improving processes.Experience mentoring or managing a small team (preferred).Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a growing business.Why This Role?Empowerment: This is your chance to make a real impact.
