If you're passionate about cleanliness and team spirit, we want you to help us shine!Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping departmentDevelop, maintain and contribute to high cleaning and service standards in guest rooms and public areasAssist in onboarding, training, mentoring, and leading a team of housekeeping staff to provide exceptional serviceCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesMonitor inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked departmentConduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet our luxury standardsHandle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionallyMaintain a strong knowledge of hotel services and amenities to assist guests effectivelyUphold safety and cleanliness standards, including compliance with health and safety regulationsWhat we need from You Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role in a hotel is highly desirableStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standardsProficient computer skills, including knowledge of housekeeping management softwareKnowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operationsFitness – you'll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneelingStrength – sometimes you'll need to lift, push, or pull big objects like barrels & crates up to 23 kgFlexible night, weekend, and holiday shiftsExperience with utilizing Opera and HUBOs is highly desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer Join us and you'll become part of the global IHG family.
