About the roleTeam Global Express is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Kalgoorlie Depot.To provide all the administration and customer service functions required for the efficient operation of Team Global Express. This function supports the Administration Supervisor and is involved in all administrative support activities.What you’ll doContribute to the highest standards of Customer Service support by diligently attending to customer facing tasks, answering the telephone, handling enquiries and relaying messages in a professional and prompt manner to achieve the best possible customer experience.Address and resolve stakeholder queries in a timely manner.Utilise internal systems to complete administration and customer service tasks (training provided).Ad hoc Reception duties.Process core operational data entry (connotes) on a daily basis.Prioritise work throughout the day and complete it in a timely manner.Prepare weekly wages and reconciliation reports for Revenue and reporting.Provide administrative support to the operations team as required.Maintain staff training and compliance databases.Ensure that all training is recorded and sent to the Training Coordinator for upload into the Learning system.Assist Administration & Branch Manager in onboarding and offboarding employees as well as arranging necessary pre-employment inductions.What you’ll bringCustomer Service and office administration experience (transport or logistics industry desirable).Excellent communication skills with previous experience in customer service.Proactive with good problem-solving skills and confidence to manage queries and find resolutions.Strong focus on attention to detail.Commitment to safety – identify inefficient or unsafe work practices.Proficient with MS Office.About Team Global ExpressTeam Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
