Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
* Manage on-boarding for new hires, including arranging medicals, booking inductions and collecting relevant documentation.
* Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
* Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
* Ensure systems and data remain up to date through administrative duties.
* Adhoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
* Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, team members and hiring managers.
* Knowledge of mining or heavy industries (desirable however not essential)
