This crucial role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of SDA and Tenancy Management within the organisation, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional outcomes for the people we support. As part of the wider Commercial Team, you will play a key role in unlocking value, discovering new opportunities, and making a tangible difference to the lives of individuals with disability.In this role, you will lead and establish the SDA and tenancy function, ensuring we meet our key performance indicators (KPIs), uphold our regulatory obligations, and deliver the best possible housing outcomes for participants and tenants. You will oversee all aspects of tenancy management for Specialist Disability Accommodation and Supported Independent Living, where Aruma acts as the landlord, fostering positive tenant relationships and ensuring property compliance in line with NDIS standards and tenancy legislation.You’ll have the responsibility to design and implement strategies that improve operational performance and increase financial contributions to Aruma, all while managing tenancy and vacancy processes, overseeing property suitability, and ensuring full compliance with all SDA registration requirements.
