Senior Change Manager $1000 - $1100 Super per day ASAP - 12 Months Macquarie Park - WFH Flexible Hybrid Combination Working within Telecommunications Project Management & Analysis - Change Management - Telco An exciting opportunity to work within a large, sought-after telecommunications organisation, with a high rate and long contract length Your Role: As the Senior Change Manager, you will be executing Change Management on various programs across the enterprise. You will conduct end to end Change management design and delivery including strategy, planning, and implementation. Your Duties and Background: You will partner with Portfolio Delivery Leads to assess the impact of change initiatives You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives You will drive ownership of change through influence, relationship building, and negotiation You will assess and define change management activities required across the Project deliverables.
