Coopers, Australia’s largest independent family-owned brewery, is seeking a progressive Brand Manager to ignite and elevate brand momentum for their well-established and successful brand across its extensive portfolio. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand engagement across all channels and priority markets.
You will collaborate with all facets of the business to develop a comprehensive brand strategy. This position will oversee the planning and creation of innovative campaigns, ensuring effective implementation across all channels and key markets. A strong focus will be placed on enhancing brand equity through impactful mass media initiatives, ultimately achieving commercial success.
You will be a standout communicator with a proven ability to engage and influence senior management, cross-functional teams, and agencies. This role encompasses brand strategy, online engagement, packaging, point-of-sale initiatives, and stakeholder management, requiring both strategic insight and collaborative finesse.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be a self-motivated, agile, and resilient professional with a strong focus on achieving results and an unwavering determination for success.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or an associated discipline
* Marketing experience at Brand Manager level within FMCG/drinks (beverage preferred)
* Impeccable communication and relationship building ability
* Commercially savvy with strong analytical skills
* Adaptability in a hands-on role
* Confident presenter
* Brilliant organisational and planning skills
* Experience analysing consumer and category insights
* Ability to effectively engage multiple key stakeholders and build relationships internally and externally
* Work closely with the National Account team to ensure alignment
* Be results driven and creatively minded with meticulous attention to detail
