Northern Beaches Hospital (NBH) is a fully licensed private hospital, providing care to public and private patients from an outstanding facility with a large range of quality services provided by exceptional nurses, doctors, and staff. NBH is a patient-centred hospital able to provide a full range of health services, including Acute Medicine, Acute Surgery, Allied Health, Outpatients, Anaesthetics, Coronary Care, Emergency Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Intensive Care, Medical Imaging, Mental Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Oncology, Paediatrics, Pathology, Pharmacy, and Renal Dialysis, 13 operating theatres, 1 Hybrid theatre, 2 cardiac catheter laboratories and 4 procedure rooms.
As a Cook your responsibilities will include:
* Food preparation
* Preparing meals for patients with dietary restrictions, allergens & texture modified
* Ordering of food supplies
* Supervise staff in the kitchen
* Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
* Food Safety knowledge
Selection Criteria:
* Qualifications as a Chef from a recognised training provider
* Certificate in Safe Food Handling
* Good communication and time management skills
* Works well independently and within a team
