Integrity Therapy Services has been providing Allied Health Services (Occupational Therapy and Case Management) to a wide range of Clients in Regional NSW since 2010. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, timely and individualised services to our Clients in their homes or within office environment.

THE BENEFITS
You will not be stuck in an office or consultation room, ploughing through clients, but rather travelling through the beautiful Central West NSW to conduct meaningful and goal directed home visits. There is full administration support (you never have to file anything away again!), a large, comfortable headquarters based in Orange, or the option of working from home and plenty of support from a team of 7 other experienced Allied Health professionals. You can chose how you want to work!

Requirements
ABOUT YOU
the role is suited to any Occupational Therapist (experienced or New Grad!) who would like to work in a team environment that promotes flexibility, opportunities to develop and grow as an OT, practical support when things get tricky and full administration support. The role can be full time or part time employment (minimum of 24 hours per week). Your location is negotiable, within the Central West!
At ITS we work with;
– Adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury.
– Adults with intellectual impairments.
– Adults with a variety physical disabilities.
– Adults with multi – faceted presentations and co-morbidities.
– Our aging population.
– Teenagers transitioning to adulthood.
We conduct a variety of assessments and implement therapeutic and physical supports to people, including home modifications, equipment / assistive technology, independence / capacity building, functional assessments and a wide range of other interventions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will be able to demonstrate the following;
– Excellent people skills for developing rapport and communicating openly with clients, family members / carers, other service providers and our referrers.
– Excellent written skills for making sure our clients get what they need when requesting services or equipment. Don’t worry if you haven’t done much report writing – we have all the systems in place to make this easy and loads of support to produce high quality reports that get the Client’s what they need!
– The ability to work within an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with external stakeholders.
– A strong desire to connect with people in their rural / regional communities.
– A passion for providing practical and meaningful advice to clients.
– Motivation, enthusiasm and a sense of fun!
– A commitment to upholding the company values and high quality service provision Integrity Therapy Services is known for.
– AHPRA Registration or eligibility for this.
– Working with Children Check or eligibility for this.
– Membership or willingness to become a member of OT Australia.
– Current Australian Drivers Licence.
