What you will enjoy doing You will be responsible for increasing portfolio profitability through effective price, product substitution & contract management.You shall identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects, particularly in the gas and welding equipment business whilst working with local and trade allies within the local community and industry.Management of the local distribution model and retail store – including inventory, cost control and leading the local team is part of this role.You will be supporting, implementing, and driving group strategy, policies, and procedures.In addition, you have solid understanding, monitoring, and reporting of competitor activity and market trends.You lead and promote customer-centric focus, innovation in products & service.Furthermore, you create win-win interactions that add value to the customer and BOC.
