About the Role
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will provide vital administrative and project management support, ensuring the seamless operation of our property management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage property systems including Console software, arrears control, and property access coordination.
* Handle internal and external customer enquiries, escalating as necessary.
* Oversee bookings, contractor coordination, and maintenance for Chichester Cottage.
* Maintain electronic document management and support financial reporting processes.
* Assist in project management initiatives within the Property & Services team.
* Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and team event coordination.
* Manage invoices, purchase requisitions, and improve governance through robust administrative controls.
* Develop and document team processes.
* Support emergency and operational responses as required, including possible out-of-hours work.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in business administration (2-3 years).
* Experience in property or project administration.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with intranet systems (e.g., SharePoint) and document management software (e.g., TRIM).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of corporate governance practices.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Formal qualifications in Administration, Property, or Business.
* Experience in infrastructure or utilities environments.
