Director of Sales, HR, Finance & Business Operations Salt Search is partnering with a Global leading and well established SAAS software and is expanding its enterprise investments and seeks a dynamic APAC Channel Manager for a position based in Sydney.
Reporting to the Global Head of Enablement, this role offers ample opportunities to deliver value and grow within our esteemed organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end management of enablement initiatives, including training content delivery, partner engagement, and performance tracking.
Quality Assurance and Reporting; Assessing training quality to drive business improvement practices across APAC.
Partner with regional sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure program adoption and effectiveness.
Develop region-specific training materials, playbooks, and sales tools to support local teams and partners.
Facilitate and manage partner and sales training sessions, including instructor-led training, virtual workshops, and self-paced learning.
Technology & Enablement Tools - Utilize LMS platforms, sales enablement tools, and digital learning solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
Performance Improvement Practices: Scoping and planning projects through gap analysis and internal data.
Content Creation: Collaborating with creation teams and coordinating needs analysis for regional requirements.
Business Task Management (20%): Running operational tasks to support seamless L&D operations.
Other Ad Hoc Duties as Required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Program Manager in L&D in APAC, preferably in Sales Enablement.
At least 5 years' similar experience working with Global leading company across APAC.
Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
Passion for the role and the industry.
Additional Details: This is a 12-month fixed term contract position with flexibility of working at home and occasional office visits required for connectivity.
Despite the contract nature, we offer payment for Public Holidays, company close-down days, annual leave and entitlements to sick leave.
