Our Newcastle team has an exciting opportunity available for an organised, efficient and dedicated Customer Care Executive to join them in a permanent full-time role.Your extraordinary skills will be used for the day-to-day phone based management of our business customers. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to enhance customer relationships, nurture the existing portfolio, grow and sustain the business services portfolio as well as exploring sales opportunities through actively promoting our services via inbound and outbound activities.Female and indigenous candidates urged to applyIn this role, you will be required to:Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and exceptional customer serviceSell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and customers of various solutions the company offersActively identify new business lead opportunities and communicate these via the standard operating procedures to the relevant field sales personDevelop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone conversations and networkingEffective management and resolution of all customer enquiries in a timely mannerFocus on client retention and protect existing portfolio by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade existing contractsCreate quality sales leads for the field based sales teamLiaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner1st contact resolutionProcessing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issuesMake outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and servicesTo be successful, you will need to have the following:Prior experience in Sales, Account Management and Customer Service role.Highly developed negotiation skills to ensure contractual obligations are metPrevious working experience in a similar role will be highly regarded2 years excellent customer service/telesales skillsDemonstrated skills in B2B sales developmentHighly effective time management skillsIntermediate computer and system skillsComplaint handling experienceAbility to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomouslyMeeting deadlines and KPIs on a daily/monthly basisHigh attention to detailOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsLove working in a team environmentThe successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.At Rentokil Initial, we are proud to be the global expert in pest, hygiene and indoor plant care.
