About the Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of our Maintenance Department, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and upkeep of all facilities. You’ll manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors, oversee safety programs, and coordinate fire drills and evacuation training across multiple hospital sites. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards across both on-site and off-campus locations, guiding sub-regional teams, and managing key projects.
Essential Criteria
* Extensive knowledge of asset management principles and practices
* Proven experience in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
* Strong project management skills and the ability to develop forward works plans
* A keen eye for evaluating conditions and ensuring compliance
* Advanced computer and administrative skills
