Industry Award – Level 6, salaried position.Develop & oversee program delivery across 4 service locations.Dynamic role where no two days are ever the same!Reporting to the Deputy CEODue to organisational structural changes, we are excited to be recruiting for a vacancy within ARC’s Leadership Team. The Manager of Programs will report to ARC’s Deputy CEO and lead ARC’s Place Based and varied Program offerings. The role encompasses key responsibilities in key areas such as Quality Assurance, Performance Management, Leadership and Safety. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, person-centred services are being delivered across our program sites within Cairns.Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)Ensure a high quality of service standards are delivered within the service.Identify process improvements and service innovations, including document control and records management, and implementing strategies for service improvements.Audit participant and service applicable files and records. Ensuring accurate, detailed, timely information for the delivery of services and actioning any non-conformances or opportunities for improvement.Providing guidance and mentoring to the team aligned to their roles, managing any underperformance.Manage any conflict, escalating to the Deputy CEO, where these conflicts become unresolved in either a timely manner or to an acceptable result.Manage the distribution of workloads within the service to ensure quality of service outcomes to ARC Participants.Assists with the recruitment and training of new coordinators and ongoing mentoring for all coordinators.Undertake regular team meetings, feeding back any actions or ideas to Deputy CEO or Management Team.Identify and suggest any training required for the team and individuals, providing a written recommendation to the Deputy CEO.Approve any resources or purchases required for the team and individuals within the delegation of role and management of service budgets.Action Incident reports and manage any critical incidents as defined by the Quality and Safeguards framework, Organisational Policy and Procedures and within Delegation of the role.Participation in an emergency on call roster and support the management of the cancellation emergency phone.What’s on offer?Opportunity to join the Leadership team of a well-respected organisation.Salary sacrificing benefits.Access to Fitness Passport Program.Free Employee Assistance Program.Is this you?You will be someone who understands the value of fun and engaging programs, whilst also being able to balance the operational requirements around staff management, risk management and program development.
