About the role: Are you a driven HR professional looking for an opportunity to lead and/or increase your executiveexperience in a regional setting?
WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is looking for experienced HR practitioner(s) to join our People, Capability and Culture team in a range of short term, leave relief and permanent vacancies across the state. These executive leadership roles, through the delivery of strategic HR initiatives, will directly contribute to enabling, supporting and promoting the development of a capable and sustainable health care workforce in regional, rural and remote contexts.
You will also have a key role in the development of WACHS-wide initiatives to improve the delivery of HR practices across WACHS including provision of consultancy and advisory service to WACHS managers and employees – proactively leading complex human resources and change management programs.
