They are looking for a standout candidate to provide support to the Operations Manager and Head of Department, helping to alleviate their workload and assist with various tasks.

The Role
* Provide administrative support in an office environment
* Address and resolve lower-level property management inquiries
* Perform data entry tasks, including recording information for creditors, tenants, and owners
* Explore technological solutions and identify ongoing development opportunities
* Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes
* Serve as the primary contact for the virtual assistant
* Offer IT support
* Support trust accounting processes, including daily rent collections, end-of-month procedures, payments, and creditor inquiries
* Provide coverage and assistance for property management, administration, and business development as needed
Candidate
* Ideally someone who has EA/PA/Office Manager Support experience wanting a career in real estate
* An organised and admin superstar
* Go to person, friendly and approachable – with the ability to build relationships with the wider team
* Forward thinking and can use their own initiative
* A sense of humour who doesn’t take themselves too seriously
