You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
The role offers:
* Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.
What you'll bring:
* Reliable and resilient with a genuine interest in supporting others.
* A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs.
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Support.
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
We would also love you to have (or in the process of obtaining):
* NDIS Clearance and NDIS Workers Orientation.
* First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
* Working rights in Australia.
