Inspire and shape our people to operate efficiently and safely, every timeUnleash your creative mind to design engaging and compliant training contentPermanent full-time position, Brisbane basedThe Role:As a Learning & Design Specialist, you will design initial, specialised skills and recurrent training course material for Ramp team members across the Virgin Australia Operations Group.
Further to Design, this role will support the Academy Trainers to deliver content to our Ramp teams as a secondary portfolio.
You will be based at a Virgin Australia head office and you will work closely with the Academy Design, Academy Trainers and Ramp Standards teams amongst others.Responsibilities:Implement integrated learning and development packages for our Ramp teams that accurately reflect the needs of the businessDesign courseware including the definition of training objectives, delivery method (e.g.
