Our client is a community-focused federal government agency seeking Participant Support Officers to assist with front-line service delivery in the National Delivery Division Branch.

Job Details:
* Labour Hire hourly rate contract until 31/12/2025, extendable
* APS3 level role with an hourly rate of $37.36 + Superannuation
* Based at Warrnambool office

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks
2. Provide counter/reception support for the local office, including participant enquiries in self-help kiosks and online support
3. Resolve customer enquiries, provide information, or refer customers to appropriate services
4. Manage team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries
5. Coordinate appointments using Agency office facilities, ensuring accessibility
6. Conduct research and investigation activities, preparing reports and correspondence
7. Undertake data entry activities, ensuring follow-up
8. Receive and record complaints and feedback in NDIA Business systems

* Australian citizenship is required
* Ability to work in a team
* Strong communication skills
* Customer service skills
* Conflict management and difficult conversation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
* Ability to use initiative and work independently
* Capacity to learn new systems and processes

Desirable Skills:
* Experience with NDIA or in the disability sector
* Front-of-house and/or administration experience
* Willingness to work 5 days weekly on site
