As a Controls & Electrical Engineer, you will be a key player in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and optimising control system.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
What You'll Do Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain control systems & cabinet layouts for turntables and associated machinery.
Perform in-depth engineering for electrical and control systems, including software development, component specification & selection, system testing, diagnostics, calibration, and performance verification.
Manage controls scope of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Work closely with mechanical design engineers, operational teams, clients and contractors.
Ensure all projects meet industry standards, best practices, and safety requirements.
Provide technical support and training to team members as required.
Develop data capture systems for performance analysis and continuous improvement.
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and technology advancements.
What We're Looking For Proven expertise in designing and implementing control systems, automation, and instrumentation.
Hands-on experience with PLCs and SCADA systems, ensuring effective automation and system integration.
A critical thinker & problem solver with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and provide technical support.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Commitment to innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Controls & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field.
