In partnership with the Australian Defence Force and supporting our Retail Stores contract, we are seeking a Site Leader to join the team at Bandiana Defence Base (Wodonga). This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday.
As a Site Leader for Ventia's Retail Stores contract, a background in logistics or warehouse management will be highly advantageous. In this role, you will handle high-security orders and oversee general defense store operations and units. Your responsibilities will include ensuring system compliance and maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

* Additional on the job training will be provided, where required.
* Uniform & safety boots provided.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Managing, leading, directing and coordinating the retail clothing operational aspects of the allocated store site.
* Site monitoring, verification and reporting of operational performance standards.
* Ensuring operational adherence to Defence policy and procedures.
* Inventory stock management with customers' entitlements.
* Contract and operational compliance.
* Consistency in service delivery across all sites reflecting the regional and national approach.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Knowledge in the areas of management and/or logistics.
* Knowledge in retail customer service in a clothing retail industry.
* Demonstrated experience with business/financial management systems.
* Demonstrated experience in management of Stores or relevant operations.
* Must hold a full driver's license.
You must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to maintain a Defence clearance in order to be eligible for this position, as well as be able to pass an Australian Federal Police Check and Medical Pre-Employment Checks as required by the contract.
