Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operational responsibilities of the Business Services team, ensuring efficient, high-quality financial services. Prepare financial accounts, tax returns, and associated documentation for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals. Manage and review tax compliance assignments, including annual financial statements and activity statements. Leverage your expertise to manage tax issues like PSI, Division 7A, and CGT matters. Assist with the preparation and lodgement of IAS/BAS returns, working directly with the ATO. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international clients. Support the Management Accountant with data entry and bookkeeping for local and international clients. What You Bring: 5-6 years of post-graduate experience as a Business Services Accountant, with a strong track record. 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships, especially with international clients. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in APS, Handi Soft, ATO Portal, Class Super, and Xero. CA or CPA qualified with a passion for continuous professional development.
