About the Role As a Senior Associate in our Adelaide office, you will work with business leaders facing various challenges throughout their business lifecycle. From managing daily operations and compliance to navigating competitive landscapes and planning exit strategies, you will help deliver agile, authentic, and personalized client experiences.
Key Responsibilities Working in a meritocratic culture with a hands-on approach, you will be involved in:
- Prepare accounts and various returns for a diverse client base:
- Tax returns
- BAS
- FBT
- Payroll tax returns
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Provide tax and accounting advice to clients
- Monitor compliance requirements
- Review work of junior team members
- Provide development, coaching, and mentoring to team members
Required Skills and Experience You will be a caring, conscientious accounting professional who thrives in client-facing environments. Key requirements include:
- Qualification(s) in Business/Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional/overseas qualification(s)
- CA qualification (completed or in progress)
- Significant experience in business and tax advisory within a chartered accounting environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Client-focused approach with commitment to exceptional service
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines
