The Role: As Sales Manager, you will be the face of airline or tech partners in the Sydney market. Your mission will be to build and strengthen relationships with travel network partners, grow brand awareness, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for airline or tech partners. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel partners. Represent airline or tech partners at trade shows, industry events, and sales meetings. Provide training and product updates to travel network partners, ensuring they are equipped to promote services effectively. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement and bookings. Report on sales performance and provide insights to partners. About You: Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the travel, aviation, or related industry. Strong understanding of the travel ecosystem and established connections within the Sydney travel market. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A passion for aviation travel, or travel tech systems, coupled with a deep knowledge of the travel industry.
