Requirements
* Qualifications: degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training
* Technical expertise: comprehensive understanding of chemical engineering and metallurgy principles, operation and maintenance of analytical instruments, and familiarity with teaching rigs for undergraduate courses
* Leadership and training: proven ability to provide technical leadership, training, and support to students and staff
* Health and safety: comprehensive knowledge of occupational safety and health practices and regulations, commitment to maintaining a safe laboratory environment, and expertise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures
* Communication and teamwork: strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
* Problem-solving and innovation: ability to research, conceptualize, and evaluate innovative techniques to improve laboratory practicals and research outcomes
