Falcha, Sydney's beloved Nepalese restaurant group, is seeking a talented Executive Chef/Head Chef to lead our culinary team across four locations.
Position: Full-time
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum plus superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee menu development and food preparation for all locations
* Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
* Manage and mentor kitchen staff
* Control food costs and inventory
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of chef experience, including in leadership roles
* Expertise in Nepalese cuisine; knowledge of broader Asian cuisines a plus
* Strong organisational and team management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
