Your key responsibilities will be to:
* Lead a dynamic national sales team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
* Build lasting relationships with valued clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and achieve growth.
* Harness market insights to stay ahead of trends and challenges.
* Navigate local government partnerships, aligning solutions with community needs and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure seamless preparation and submission of tenders, reflecting strategic excellence.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, achieving business targets.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
* Collaborative leadership experience, with a passion for developing teams and inspiring individuals.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills—able to build connections and cultivate a positive work environment.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities, including financial forecasting and planning.
* Experience in plastics (injection molding preferred) or advanced manufacturing. Resource renewal industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Proficiency with tools like SAP and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
