You will also effectively troubleshoot routers, switches and Firewalls. Working closely with a dedicated team and Service Desk Team Lead, you will help identify opportunities to enhance and secure our IT environments.Leveraging your expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Cisco, ServiceNow, Fortinet, MSP, you will support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.
