It is also a leading marketer and distributor of recognised animal care brands.EBOS Group is publicly listed on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges.The Role:TWC is seeking an experienced Assistant Category Manager with exceptional customer service skills and high attention to detail to join their team.In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the Generics, Biosimilars and Vaccines portfolio as well as for completing administrative and reporting duties.You will also implement and monitor category management strategies to drive competitive business growth for the category in line with TWC business objectives through communications and administrative.What you will do:Scheduling meetings, preparation of presentations and reports; management of trading terms and deals, securing income for our support office;Support the implementation of strategies that will promote and sustain strong client relationship with Pharmacies;Assist in managing strategic relationship with suppliers;Act as the subject matter expert regarding medication, dispensaries and new developments with medication launches and PBS changes.What we are looking for:Previous experience with reporting, customer service, business management, and project management;Knowledge of the pharmacy industry and specifically the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme;Understanding of the systems and processes within a pharmacy;Advanced reporting, time management, and organisational skills;Strong communication, planning, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills;Exceptional attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills including use of Excel (intermediate level) and Power BI.At TWC we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services and fostering innovation in a dynamic marketplace.
