They are located in Berri, the heart of the idyllic Riverland region of South Australia.The ICT Support Engineers provide technical support to internal and external clients across Australia. They ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Service Level Agreements, company policies, and PTS's Standard Operating Processes.The Position is a hands-on role that requires technical skills, self-management, and team-player qualities to ensure the smooth running of the technical support team.We are seeking an individual with at least two years of demonstrated MSP-based experience. You will be a team player with a cheerful and professional attitude committed to building strong client rapport and providing excellent customer service. You will use common sense and be diligent and motivated to resolve issues by engaging with clients and understanding their unique needs.This office-based role provides remote and onsite technical support to our diverse client base and technical work at client premises. You will be responsible for daily end-user support and meticulous and responsive maintenance of IT Systems, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.Key Accountabilities & TasksClient Support:Answer incoming support inquiries via various channels (Chat, phone, email, etc.)Continuously maintain ticket backlog, recording support activities in our Help Desk ticketing system and follow up within Service Level Agreement targets.Perform incident triage and maintain ownership until resolved or escalated for further research.Resolve incidents promptly following company guidelines and protocols, ensuring customer service and client outcomes are delivered.Able to communicate outcomes to end users of all levels using simple and technical terms to ensure customer understanding.Virtualisation & Cloud Management:Experience with virtual technologies such as HyperV & VMware.Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Network & Security Management:Configure and maintain network devices, including firewalls, switches, and routers.Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols.Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR), managed detection and response (MDR), patch management, MFA, and security hardening.Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Azure Cloud, Cyber Security (Essential 8 and/or NIST) and networking basics.Endpoint & System Administration:Provide support for Windows and macOS.Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, print, and file servers.Knowledge of Windows Server environments, including current and previous generations (desirable).Strong Hardware fault diagnosis and repair skills.Backup & Disaster Recovery:Experience with Veeam, Acronis, Datto, or similar backup solutions.Familiarity and experience with Autotask PSA or similar ITSM ticketing, asset management, and automation platforms.Remote Monitoring & VoIP Services:Hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools such as NinjaOne, N-able, Kaseya, or ConnectWise Automate.Experience with VoIP & Unified Communications solutions such as 3CX or Microsoft Teams Voice.Automation & Documentation:Basic PowerShell, Bash, or Python knowledge to automate routine tasks.Ability to document troubleshooting steps, fixes, and client configurations.About YouTechnical Proficiency:Minimum of 2 years in an IT support role within an MSP environment.Experience with endpoint management and support for Windows and macOS.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Autotask PSA.Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and network security best practices.Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (Ms-900) or Azure Administrator (AZ-900).CompTIA Security+ITIL FoundationCCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent networking certification.Soft Skills:Great customer-oriented attitude, motivated, coachable, and willing to learn.Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced MSP environment.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, that can be used effectively with clients, team members and stakeholders.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.You will also:Have a current Australian driver's licence.Be a permanent Australian Resident or Citizen of Australia.Be willing to relocate to the Riverland.Apply Now!If you have any queries please email humans(at)in the first instance, or call 1300 2 HUMAN.To apply, please ensure you click the Apply button, upload a CV and cover letter contained in one document for upload.
